Client-oriented service has long been integral to his business approach, and he’s excited to be putting it to use overseeing all operations of Philly’s most unconventionally client-focused property management firm.

Lauren has more than six years of intensive marketing experience working on numerous accounts and projects around the world. With a degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she has the diverse experience to advertise properties in a variety of outlets. In addition to her work accomplishments, she is an avid world traveler and ice cream fiend.

My name is Frederick Costanzo, and I’ve spent the last decade immersed in the real estate world learning it from every angle so I could serve people better at every stage of their property journey. I started my career as a buying and selling agent, and within just two years, I was honored with the Rookie of the Year award for sales. That early success lit a fire in me, but it also made me curious about what happens behind the scenes. So I stepped into title and conveyancing while I quickly learned it wasn’t where I wanted to stay, it gave me invaluable insight into the finer details most agents never get to see. That experience would prove priceless. I eventually found my true home with Property Management Redefined, where everything I’ve learned from sales to settlement comes together in the work I do today. With every property and every client, I bring not only expertise, but perspective because I’ve been on every side of the process.
Ian Pilongo
Manager – Client Services
As the first external hire of Property Management Redefined, Ian has played a key role in developing and refining the company’s client service operations. With seven years of dedicated service and nearly a decade of experience in customer and technical support, Ian brings a strong background from working with major U.S. telecommunications and hospitality companies, as well as property management services across the country. In his role as Client Services Manager, he oversees daily operations and leads the offshore team, ensuring that every interaction meets the company’s high standards of efficiency, professionalism, and care. Ian’s leadership and deep operational knowledge continue to drive the team’s success and the company’s commitment to redefined service.
Kit Poliquit
Property Management – Client Services Associate
As the first point of contact for our clients and residents, Kit ensures that every call, text, and email is attended to with professionalism and care. Backed by over two years of customer service experience with various American companies, she combines strong communication and technical skills to provide efficient support across all fronts. Beyond client interaction, Kit also handles key administrative tasks such as license renewals, lead certification scheduling, and ensuring that all managed properties remain compliant and up to code. Her reliability, organization, and commitment to service make her an essential part of the property management team.
Grace Oculam
Property Service Department – Manager
As the steady force behind the Property Service Department, Grace oversees all maintenance operations to ensure that every property under management is safe, functional, and well cared for. She coordinates closely with field technicians, repair vendors, utility companies, and landlords to facilitate timely repairs, approve work scopes, and ensure that maintenance tasks are completed with precision and accountability. Known for her proactive approach and keen attention to detail, Grace manages both urgent issues and long-term maintenance planning with calm efficiency. Her background in international trade and business negotiations has strengthened her ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and guide complex projects from start to finish.
Shaquille Torrijos
Accounting Department - Finance Manager
As a growing property management company in Philadelphia with high-volume properties and tenants to serve, Shaq makes sure that all accounting-related issues are being handled promptly, ensuring that books are well-maintained and accurate. Shaq oversees all accounting transactions for both PMR and Procall. This includes owners’ and tenants’ communication, vendor payments, and monthly owner statements.

I’m Ginah. As a Senior Accounting Associate at PMR, I manage billing and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records and seamless transaction management. With a robust background in property management, e-commerce, and customer service, I bring expertise in training and development, financial reporting (QuickBooks), marketing, inventory and vendor management, business development support, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Finance Associate, I oversee utility management, bookkeeping, and accounting-related concerns. My role involves ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of payments. A dedicated Leasing Associate who oversees the full leasing process from start to finish. I handle rental applications, prepare and execute leases, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding and setup process. Focused, organized, and committed to providing a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners.

Leasing Assistant
As the Leasing Assistant at PMR, this role functions as a key point of contact for prospective residents and provides comprehensive support throughout the leasing process. Primary responsibilities include initiating outreach to prospects, offering detailed information regarding available properties, and coordinating the scheduling of property showings. The position also manages inquiries related to properties and applications, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally. In addition, the role assists with applicant verification by confirming employment, income, and landlord history to facilitate an efficient and compliant application review. Upon approval, the Leasing Assistant oversees the coordination of move-in requirements, communicates final instructions, and provides access details to ensure a smooth and well-organized transition for new residents. Through these functions, the role upholds PMR’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Ciarra began her career in boutique commercial and multifamily real estate, where a focus on new development projects provided in-depth experience in design, planning, and execution. That early work fostered a sharp attention to detail and a hands-on understanding of how to bring complex projects from concept to completion. As Director of Operations, Ciarra draws on that background to ensure PMR’s projects run seamlessly, combining practical insight with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
