Client-oriented service has long been integral to his business approach, and he's excited to be putting it to use overseeing all operations of Philly's most unconventionally client-focused property management firm.

Lauren has more than six years of intensive marketing experience working on numerous accounts and projects around the world. With a degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she has the diverse experience to advertise properties in a variety of outlets. In addition to her work accomplishments, she is an avid world traveler and ice cream fiend.

Andrew leads up the Maintenance Team for Property Management Redefined through their affiliated company, ProCall LLC. With 10+ years of maintenance and construction experience, Andrew is a problem solver by nature that enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and repairing any issue.
